Librarians Have Dough

My business strategy hero is Bill Barnes. His blog has made me a regular reader just to see where he’s going next. He’s managed to turn an online comic into a profitable business that not only makes money from book sales, but does very well with its merchandise too. He posted his readership numbers the other day and its truly incredible.

Who would have thought that librarians were such an underserve audience? Ok, I should have figured that one out. They are out there, they are having conventions, and they are hungry for moo cow tank tops. Bill just added a link to our site on his, and we are very, very happy about it.

Author of Strawberry Shortcake: Return of the Purple Pie Man, Disney’s Frozen Comic Collection, Transformers: Robots in Disguise Animated and Littlest Pet Shop: Open for Business. She’s written for IDW Publishing, Hasbro, Lion Forge, American Greetings and Scholastic, and her work has been discussed in Comics Beat and The Washington Post. Subscribe to the newsletter
