Enough of that Jeep Already

It’s back to car shopping again. I think we’re actually going to go through with it this time. This Jeep Liberty we got 4 years ago has had times when it was fun to drive, I think I remember that being it’s biggest customer review selling point, but it eats up too much gas, and it’s always had weird mechanical problems. Not the things you expect to break, but odd things like that sensor that was repeatedly going out in the first year and turning the speedometer off. Living up here in the city now makes owning a vehicle intended for rougher terrain kind of ridiculous. That means my Memorial Day weekend will probably be spent hopping from one dealership to another, but it’s a good time to do it, because there seem to be a lot of car sales going on, and because Seattle is expecting rain. Not going to be the sunshiney, picnic-worthy weather people like to get on a holiday at all, sorry everyone. But rather than whine about that, I’ll just go look for a car.
